Financial Pre-approval Of The Investment Loan
To quickly identify any issues with the financial underwriting, request pre-approval of the investment loan. You can start the process before you submit the life application or at the same time. You'll get a reply in about a week.
When completing the loan application, be sure to submit all the financial information (items with the triangle symbol --- essentially everything but the loan agreement and the money). Getting the financial information is generally the biggest obstacle. To avoid going back to your client for missing information, carefully follow the instructions at the beginning on the loan application. For personal loans, the credit analyst generally requires proof for all assets listed.
